Customization service

You can use our online configurator and customise your lighters there. It's that simple! Just go to the "Customise" section and select the quantity of Clipper you want to customise with your graphics. 

No! You can customize a single Clipper lighter.

It's as simple as that. After clicking on "Customize" you will access the configurator. Here, after accepting our Terms and Conditions for customization, you can upload photos and add tests by composing the graphics to your liking.

When you're done setting up, you can also view a 3D preview of your lighter and make adjustments if needed!

my-CLIPPER reserves the right to reject any image. If your uploaded image is not accepted, you will receive a cancellation notification and a full refund of your order. If there are also non-personalized products in your order, these will also be refunded and you will have to re-order.

We always recommend that you use logos and images that belong to you, however you can also use images and logos downloaded from the Internet, as long as they are not copyrighted.

my-CLIPPER has a very precise code of ethics that we show to all our users before they start customizing their Clipper lighters. We don't accept, for example, graphics that call for violence, have political references or are too sexually explicit. You can read our code of ethics in full here.

Of course! You can customize as many graphics as you like in the same order. To order multiple graphics, configure one graphic at a time and add it to your cart.


Shipping times vary depending on the items ordered:

Customised clippers: 3-5 working days

Gadget: 2-3 giorni lavorativi

Limited Collection: 2-3 giorni lavorativi

Clipper Selection: 2-3 giorni lavorativi
If the mixed order contains Personalised Clippers, the delivery time will always be 3-5 working days.

Unfortunately this is not possible. As soon as your order is completed via payment, it is taken in for processing to ensure the fastest possible shipment. Therefore, we ask that you make sure you are happy with your custom graphics before checking out.

Returns and Refunds

Orders for personalised products are not subject to the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned. If you have any problems after receiving your order, please let us know and we will do our best to help you.

Non-personalised products
1. Your order does not conform and there are problems: contact us through the form on the site, justify your complaint and send us a photo of the problem. Once we have established that we are responsible, we will refund the full amount or send you the goods in conformity without shipping costs.

2. You have received goods that differ from those ordered as per the previous point, please contact us through the form and send us a photo of the goods. We will send you the correct goods at no extra cost or you can also choose to be refunded, without receiving the goods again.

3. You want to return the goods because you changed your mind or you don't like
you have 14 days from the confirmation of your order to return the goods. Shipping costs will be at your expense and you must send the goods packed as when you received them to the following address: MST s.r.l. - via Marconi 7 25030 Trenzano (BS).
Before proceeding with the refund we reserve the right to verify that the goods are not damaged.
